Instead of ready-made iced coffee brewed in a large facility, Wako uses his carefully selected coffee beans, sweetens the drip coffee with erythritol and stevia, and tops it with whipped cream.

To prevent dripping and loss of flavor even when frozen, we use freeze-resistant agar and also add antifreeze polysaccharides (enoki mushroom extract), so if you thaw it slowly in the refrigerator, it will be delicious when you eat it.

How to enjoy low-carb snacks (Western sweets and cakes)

Please thaw slowly in the refrigerator before eating. The rare cheese tart will soften to some extent in a few minutes after taking it out of the freezer, so you can eat it like an ice cream cake.
