A luxurious Mont Blanc tart made with unsweetened chestnut paste and Fusbon cookies.
The fusbon cookies are used as the base of the tart, and chestnut damandes made from chestnut paste and almond powder are placed on top.
On top of that, a layer of milk mousse and rich chestnut cream is placed, and Mont Blanc cream made from chestnut paste, fresh cream, erythritol, and stevia is squeezed on top of the cake.
By seasoning the unsweetened chestnut paste with a low-carb, zero-sugar natural sweetener, we have reduced the sugar content by about 75% compared to our regular Mont Blanc Tart. However, chestnuts still contain a relatively high amount of sugar, so one whole chestnut contains 36.5g of sugar, which is higher than other Fusubon products. We recommend cutting the chestnut into about five slices and eating it little by little.
