I received an email saying that my item has been shipped, but I won't be home on the scheduled delivery date and time. I want to change the delivery date and time when I'll be at home. We receive such inquiries frequently, so today we will introduce how to inquire about product shipments.

You will receive three emails from the time of your order until delivery.

After you place your order, you will receive three emails in total until your order is shipped.
① Email with the title "【Fusbon】Order confirmation (automatic delivery)"
② An email with the title "This is Fusubon. Thank you for your order."
3. Email with the title "【Fusbon】Your ordered item has been shipped"

If you have not received email ①, please allow us to send you an appointment via info@fusubon.com.
If you still do not receive the email, please register as a member and connect your account with LINE .
You will receive a notification on LINE when your order is shipped.

Where to find the waybill number

The email stating "[Fusbon] Your ordered item has been shipped" will include a number that allows you to track the item you ordered on the Yamato Transport website.
*The product will be shipped from Fusubon Osaka Bakery with email ③.
*The product will arrive the day after you receive email ③ or within a few days.

Search the waybill number = tracking number in a search engine

The quickest way to search is to copy and paste the shipping number (tracking number) into a search engine such as Google.

The waybill number search screen will automatically be displayed as shown above, so simply click on the relevant Yamato Transport and information on the current location of your ordered items and the delivery office will be displayed.
