Low carb mayonnaise recipe

Low-carb mayonnaise Hello, this is the owner of Fusubon! This time, I'd like to introduce you to the ultimate low-carb mayonnaise recipe.

This is the ultimate low-carb mayonnaise recipe created by Fusubon and the cooking unit TETOTETO, which is not only sugar-free, but also carefully selected the oil, vinegar, and salt used .

Ingredients for low-carb mayonnaise (serves 2)

1 egg yolk
MCT oil ( Sendai Katsuyamakan ) 80cc
Olive oil ( Cedric Casanova ) 20cc
1 tablespoon vinegar ( Iio Brewery 's Purple Sweet Potato Vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon salt ( Wajima sea salt or Nuchimasu )
1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
A little organic lemon juice
A little black pepper. I have attached a link to where to buy it. The main purpose is to use no sugar, so if there are ingredients that are hard to get, please replace them with ingredients that are readily available.

How to make it

Just add all the ingredients listed above and mix with a hand blender. (The photo shows double the amount of the recipe.)

important point

Since it contains no sugar, it spoils easily, so please use it as soon as possible after making it.

Development History

Mayonnaise is naturally low in carbohydrates, but there are many people who want to be particular about the fat, vinegar, and salt used.
We have come up with the ultimate recipe for those maniacs who seek the real thing.

Development History

I came up with the idea because I wanted to make a low-carb tartar sauce to go with dishes like chicken nanban and bonito cutlets, made with Fusubon's mixed flour and breadcrumbs.
