【What can’t we EAT while going on a LOW-CARBOHYDRATE DIET?】
While you are on a LOW-CARBOHYDRATE DIET, try to take in no more than 130g of carbohydrate (pasta, bread, rice…etc) per day.
Although there are no restrictions on how much you eat, there are some restrictions on WHAT to eat.
The list below are some of the things you should restrain from eating that consist of high carbohydrate:
●CARBOHYDRATE…Rice, bread, pasta, cornflakes, noodles etc.
●POTATOES…mashed potatoes, French fries etc.
●FRUITS(some)…banana, strawberry, pineapple etc.
●VEGETABLES(some)…carrot, pumpkin etc.
At our Fusubon Shop, we have bran bread that consists of only 5.5〜9.6g carbohydrate.
