【What can we EAT while going on a LOW-CARBOHYDRATE DIET?】
While you are on a LOW-CARBOHYDRATE DIET, try to take in no more than 130g of carbohydrate (pasta, bread, rice…etc) per day.
The list below are some of the things you can eat that consist of low carbohydrate:
●MEAT…beef, chicken, pork, sausage, ham etc
●SEAFOOD…fish, crab, shrimp, octopus, oyster, seaweed etc
●EGGS
●BEANS…tofu, natto etc
●VEGETABLES…tomato, lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, pepper, mushrooms etc
●OIL…olive oil, salad oil, butter etc
